New Summer Menu at Cicchetti
San Carlo Cicchetti’s summer menu has arrived. As the days become longer and warmer wintery dishes such as hearty stews make way for lighter, simple cooking. Created using the finest produce flown in from across sun-drenched Italy, look out for fresh green vegetables – wild asparagus, peas, beans and artichokes and sweet juicy fruits such as Sicilian oranges. New summer dishes include:

· lemon sole fillets with asparagus and mint
· carpaccio of swordfish
· risotto with asparagus
· pizza marinara – with Sicilian tomatoes, prawns, squid and mussels
